Elyse has worked extensively in annual fund development, project planning, and development copywriting. She has written hundreds of successful fundraising letters, emails, social media posts, donor impact reports, newsletters, postcards and other projects for Five Maples clients, including interviewing donors, patients, alumni and program participants for their stories and testimonials.  She is certified in the Strategy of Content Marketing through University of California Davis. Elyse and her team of copywriters delve deeply into organizations for whom they write, capturing the most compelling voice to talk to donors about their giving. Writing has always been her passion—she credits the analytical writing that her bachelor’s degree in history required.
